Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using swaggin — the website at swaggin.dev, the CLI, the MCP server, or the hosted API at cdn.swaggin.dev (together, the "Service") — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What swaggin is
swaggin is a curated registry of screenshots of publicly accessible websites, delivered to AI coding agents as visual reference material, together with taxonomy, search, and captioning metadata. The registry, its taxonomy, and its supporting software are proprietary to swaggin. The screenshots depicted are not our property — see Section 6.
3. Free and paid access
Metadata, taxonomy, search, and low-resolution preview images are free and require no account. Full-resolution screenshots, additional viewports, and higher fair-use limits are available under a paid "Pro" license, purchased through Stripe as either a one-time lifetime payment or a recurring monthly subscription.
Paid access is tied to an account created by signing in through our OAuth provider. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and any issued access tokens confidential, and for all activity under your account.
Pro access is subject to reasonable fair-use rate limits designed to prevent bulk re-hosting or scraping of the registry. We may throttle or suspend access that we determine, in good faith, to be abusive of these limits.
4. Payments and refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Lifetime licenses are billed once; monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time from your account or by emailing hi@swaggin.dev, effective at the end of the current billing period.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact hi@swaggin.dev within 14 days of the charge to request a refund. Refunds are granted at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense, or share your Pro access credentials or issued tokens with anyone else;
- circumvent, probe, or attempt to defeat the license-gating on paid assets;
- use automated means to bulk-download the registry beyond normal, interactive use of the CLI or MCP server;
- use the Service to build a directly competing screenshot registry from bulk-scraped swaggin content (capturing your own screenshots independently is expressly fine).
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of this section, with or without notice, and without refund for the current billing period in cases of clear abuse.
6. Third-party content and removal
The screenshots in the registry depict the products and websites of third parties and remain their property. They are included for reference and commentary. If you own or represent a site in the registry and want it removed, see swaggin.dev/removal — no justification is required.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, swaggin and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
