Help and FAQ

Quick answers for setup, licenses, and billing. If you need a human, email us and include the address you used at checkout.

Getting started

What is swaggin?

swaggin is a curated registry of real website and app screenshots for coding agents. Your agent can search by style, category, or screen pattern, then load the matching images into its vision context before it writes UI.

How do I add swaggin to my coding agent?

Follow the client-specific steps in the MCP setup guide. Supported clients can connect to the hosted MCP server and open a browser when sign-in is needed. Free previews work without an account.

What can I use for free?

All registry metadata, taxonomy, search results, and low-resolution fold previews are free. You only need Pro when you want crisp folds, full-page overviews, or page segments.

Pro access

How does Pro sign-in work?

Connect the hosted MCP server using the setup guide, then sign in from your client's MCP settings with the same email you used at checkout. In Claude Code, open /mcp; in Codex, run codex mcp login swaggin. Your Pro access applies automatically. Reconnect the server after upgrading to refresh your access.

When do I need my license key?

Most people do not. If you sign in through GitHub with a different email than the one used at checkout, enter your key when the browser sign-in flow asks you to link a license. Keep the key private. If you cannot complete browser sign-in, contact us for help with your client.

Where is my license key?

It appears on the checkout success page and in the purchase email sent to your billing address. Check spam for mail from hi@swaggin.dev. If it is still missing, email us from the address used at checkout.

Is there a usage limit?

Pro and Lifetime each include 10,000 image requests per month under the fair-use policy. Search, metadata, taxonomy, and free previews do not use that paid allowance.

Billing and rights

What is the difference between Pro and Lifetime?

Both unlock the same licensed images and fair-use allowance. Pro is a monthly subscription. Lifetime is one payment for ongoing access.

How do I cancel or request a refund?

Email hi@swaggin.dev. Pro can be cancelled at any time and stays active through the current billing period. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge and are reviewed under the Terms of Service.

Can I request that my site be removed?

Yes. If you own or represent a site in the registry, follow the removal policy. No justification is required.
